"Come as You Are" is a song by American grunge band Nirvana, written by frontman Kurt Cobain and released as the second single from the band's second album Nevermind in 1992. This is the band's second U.S. Top 40 hit, reaching number thirty-two on the Billboard Hot 100. The music video for "Come as You" is directed by Kevin Kerslake, who draws inspiration for it from the cover artwork Nevermind.
